A Piccolo House – Gore Street, Fitzroy is a partnership between Piccolo, renowned architecture practice Woods Bagot and distinguished interior design studio Hecker Guthrie. Our shared passion for quality, longevity and innovation – together with our long history of successful collaboration – has allowed us to set a new benchmark for luxurious inner-city living at 385 Gore Street.
“The design is driven by the people that will live in and around 385 Gore Street. We started by thinking about the lifestyle of the people in the area, and what they want out of their home, and then the rest of the design naturally evolved from that point .. We want 385 Gore Street to enrich the lives of our residents and add value to the neighbourhood of Fitzroy.”
Designed by Acre, the landscaping of 385 Gore Street amplifies and activates the leafy streetscape. Lush balcony planter boxes, meandering botanical pathways and verdant breezeways echo the sentiment of a private garden or courtyard. With the crunch of gravel underfoot, the sight of blooming flowers and the smell of rosemary in the air, 385 Gore Street will nurture the feeling of living within a secluded sanctuary.
Piccolo is delighted to have forged an ongoing relationship with Homes for Homes. To support the charity, we are committed to donating 0.1% of the sale price of every new home we sell from our 385 Gore Street, Fitzroy development. These funds will be used by Homes for Homes to address homelessness specifically within the City of Yarra.
