Fitzroy House wins UDIA Victoria Award for Excellence
We are thrilled to announce that Fitzroy House has received one of our industry’s highest honours, winning the UDIA Victoria Award for Excellence – Apartments (Mid-Rise).
The UDIA (Urban Development Institute of Australia) Victoria is the leading industry body for our state’s urban development industry. The prestigious UDIA Awards for Excellence recognise developments of outstanding quality and innovation that are revitalising Victoria’s urban landscape, while setting new benchmarks for the industry.
Fitzroy House is a unique project that saw us collaborate with long-term partners, renowned architectural practice Jackson Clements Burrows Architects (JCB) and leading interior design firm Hecker Guthrie.
Together, we breathed new life into one of Fitzroy’s seminal heritage structures, honouring its rich character and storied past, while crafting a new place for it in the modern world. The result is a masterful blend of the historic and contemporary that enriches the neighbourhood, delights locals and residents alike, and sets new standards for luxury living.
