Fitzroy House named as finalist in Property Council of Australia’s Innovation & Excellence Awards

We are proud to share that our Fitzroy House project is a finalist for one of our industry’s most prestigious awards – the Award for Best Residential Development in the Property Council of Australia’s Innovation & Excellence Awards 2023.

These awards showcase iconic property development and investment projects while celebrating excellence in design and innovation in the built environment across various sectors and design disciplines.

Fitzroy House is a very special project that saw us reunite with long-term partners, celebrated architectural practice Jackson Clements Burrows Architects (JCB) and the distinguished interior design team of Hecker Guthrie. Together, we carefully preserved one of Fitzroy’s seminal heritage structures and crafted a place for it in the modern world. Residents and locals alike cherish this beautiful, timeless development, enriching the neighbourhood and setting new standards for luxury living.
