Piccolo House shortlisted for Mixed Use Development Award

The Property Council of Australia have shortlisted Piccolo House in the 2022 National Innovation and Excellence Awards for Best Mixed Use Development.

Managed by the Property Council of Australia, the national Innovation & Excellence Awards is one of the most prestigious property awards programs in Australia, promoting excellence in design and innovation in the built environment since 1982.

The Property Council of Australia aims to showcase superior examples of iconic projects in property development and investment across a broad range of sectors and design disciplines.

Recognising and rewarding innovation in a mixed use development – the team at Piccolo are thrilled that the judging panel have shortlisted Piccolo House for this prestigious award.

The Property Council noted the following:

“Piccolo House is a benchmark mixed-use development designed by wood Marsh that effortlessly merges heritage with new, retail, commercial, multi-residential and a new headquarters for Piccolo into one unified concept.

A progressive approach to development saw this as one of the earliest examples of the build-to-rent model across multiple uses.”
