Fitzroy House Awarded Silver in Australian Design Awards 2023

We are proud to announce that Fitzroy House has been awarded Silver in the Australian Design Awards 2023 (Architecture – Multi Residential – Constructed).

This award recognises the functional, technical, social and aesthetic considerations that were made throughout the planning and construction process, celebrating the excellent design outcomes achieved at Fitzroy House regarding form, space, material, light and ambience.

Fitzroy House was created in collaboration with our valued long-term partners, Jackson Clements Burrows Architects (JCB) and Hecker Guthrie. Together, we carefully preserved one of Fitzroy’s iconic heritage structures and crafted a place for it in the modern world. With its beautiful red-brick façade and premium interiors, this timeless development is cherished by residents and locals alike, enriching the neighbouring and setting new standards for luxury living.

We would like to thank the entire Fitzroy House project team for their incredible efforts, as well as the committees and judges of Better Future for honouring us with this award. We look forward to congratulating the other nominees at this year’s Awards Presentation Ceremony.
