A Piccolo House – Gore Street, Fitzroy Meets Milestone Moments

Construction of A Piccolo House – Gore Street, Fitzroy, is progressing seamlessly, and we are excited to share the significant milestones achieved thus far.

Demolition of the old post office is complete, and excavation of the basement carpark levels is well underway and on schedule.

Meanwhile, the Gore Street team, led by Development Director Toby Earle, has been on-site testing construction materials, including custom brick combinations. These prototype stages are crucial in ensuring that our final product specifications not only complement the development’s architecture, but its surrounds, while being durable enough to perform effortlessly for decades to come.

With spring in full swing, it’s a magical time of transformation in this charming little pocket of Fitzroy. The magnificent trees that line Gore Street have burst to life with vibrant foliage, filling the neighbourhood with colour, and bringing a sense of excitement for the warmer days ahead.

A Piccolo House – Gore Street, Fitzroy is a thoughtfully crafted collection of luxurious residences, complete with guesthouse, concierge, workshop and dining room, which is set for completion mid-2025. Designed in collaboration with renowned architecture practice Woods Bagots and distinguished interior design studio Hecker Guthrie, with innovative landscaping by Acre, this exceptional development will set a new benchmark for sophisticated living in the heart of Melbourne.

We’ll continue to keep you updated in future posts on the construction journey of this very special project, so please watch this space.
