A Piccolo House – Gore Street, Fitzroy featured in The Weekend Australian

Our latest project A Piccolo House – Gore Street, Fitzroy, has been incredibly well-received by buyers, with 70% of the 49 two- and three-bedroom apartments sold between January and June – and the media has been taking notice.

The Weekend Australian ran a great story in Mansion Australia and online at Australian.com.au, where Lisa Allen interviewed our Managing Director Michael Piccolo on the secrets behind the project’s success.

In the article, Michael identified the apartments’ oversized living spaces, sprawling ensuites, butler’s pantries as standard, connection with nature, and a unique concierge service as some of the key features attracting buyers.

“Demand has been strong; all the buyers are local people and all are owner occupied, and all these apartments are all oversized. Many people are downsizing from a family home and don’t want to feel like they are compromising,” he told Mansion Australia.

A Piccolo House – Gore Street, Fitzroy is a collaboration between Piccolo and our long-term partners, architecture practice Woods Bagot and interior designer Hecker Guthrie.

Construction of the development is now underway, with completion expected in 2025.

Our sincerest thanks to Lisa Allen, Editor of Mansion Australia and Associate Editor at The Australian, for sharing the story of this very special project with your readers.
