A Piccolo House – 385 Gore Street, Fitzroy – Construction Commenced

We’re delighted to share that construction has now commenced on A Piccolo House – Gore Street – our premium 49 spacious two and three-bedroom residences in Fitzroy. It’s an exciting moment for the entire team involved, and follows a successful sales campaign.

A Piccolo House – Gore Street, Fitzroy, will be made up of 26 two-bedroom residences ranging from AU$1.8M to AU$2.1M and 23 three-bedroom residences ranging from AU$2.5M to AU$7M.

By selecting only exceptional sites and partnering with the best design partners, consultants, builders and supplier, we continue to build a reputation for delivering homes that exceed expectations.

For this very special project, we reunited with our valued long-term partners, architecture practice Woods Bagot and interior designer Hecker Guthrie, to create a collection of house-sized homes that are deeply connected to their surroundings and will stand the test of time.

Taking its cues from Fitzroy’s historic Victorian architecture, the development will feature materials designed to acquire a natural patina over time that will echo Fitzroy’s nostalgic, old-world charm.

Residents of A Piccolo House – Gore Street will have all the same spatial experiences as a terrace home. The individual residences will be generous in size and characterised by their soft minimalism, timeless finishes and robust materiality –including oak floorboards, brushed nickel tapware, terrazzo benchtops and hot-rolled steel joinery.

Arriving at the building will mimic the experience of stepping into a private garden or courtyard, with a lobby enveloped by a secluded ‘secret’ garden.

As an added luxury, residents will have access to a communal dining room, guest suite and workshop space, bookable through the building’s premium lifestyle concierge service.

A Piccolo House – Gore Street is expected to be completed by mid-2025.
