Before arriving at the 385 Gore Street display, Sue had already heard about Piccolo House’s reputation. “I’d read about Piccolo, how good they were as a developer,” she says. Plus, a friend living in an earlier development had also spoken highly of the experience. So, when the opportunity arose to visit, that trust quickly became something more tangible, as she says: “As soon as I saw the … display unit, I just knew I wanted to be here.”
For Sue, it was never just about buying an apartment. It was about finding a home that could hold the next chapter of life. From that first interaction, she describes the process as “very comforting and filled with confidence” – a sentiment that reflects the care we believe should shape every stage of the journey.
