For the first time, the intricate detailing of the hand-selected red brick façade, sourced from Janinhoff Klinkermanufaktur in Germany, can be fully appreciated. The deep, earthy tones ground the building in Fitzroy’s rich architectural landscape, while concrete corbels, designed to echo the heritage embellishments of neighbouring terraces, honour the past while embracing the future.

Architecturally designed in collaboration with Woods Bagot, Piccolo House – Gore St, Fitzroy has always been more than just a collection of residences—it is a place that breathes with its surroundings. Light, air and nature weave through the building, softened by breezeways, layered textures and cascading greenery. Now, as its form is revealed, it becomes part of the fabric of Fitzroy—a natural evolution of this vibrant neighbourhood.

With construction progressing to schedule, we look forward to welcoming our resident’s home soon. As the final touches to the façade are carefully completed, the rich textures and refined details that define the project are coming into full view. Inside, work is progressing seamlessly, with the interiors by Hecker Guthrie taking shape as we move steadily towards our mid-year completion schedule. Every element—from bespoke joinery to carefully curated finishes—is being meticulously crafted to reflect our commitment to quality and longevity.
